Box Office Results (5/1-5/3)
Surprise. Surprise! The latest installment of the XMen series, XMen Origins: Wolverine, not only topped the charts in its first weekend in release, it BLEW past the competition grossing $87 million! The Mathew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner romantic comedy, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, debuted at #2. Interesting to note that Monsters Vs. Aliens is still up there rounding out the Top 5.
With the success of Wolverine, I have to wonder if summer blockbusters will actually BUST the box office this year. We’ll have to wait and see.

Alex is in Toronto this week and paid $14(!) to watch Wolverine. I love that I have a student ID that still looks like me and doesn’t have an expiration date.
